I don't k ow the OFFICIAL policy at Jiminy but they allow people to skin up there. People usually go up the side of left bank or west way.

I've seen a lot of people hiking backup BE and doing their own thing. I go into the woods here and there and there are trails all over, I think their policy is if you bought a ticket and aren't being super dangerous/a**hole...have fun!

BE does sell an uphill ticket for $15. I'd pay that.
Will have to look up JP's policy. I did a while back and there was never anything on the site. Had emailed them too a while back. Never got a reply.

So after saying that, I looked up the OFFICIAL policy. You can read it yourself by clicking on the link.
    http://www.jiminypeak.com/The-Mountain/Mountain-Information/Mountain-Stats-Policies

However I have never heard of a person having issues as long as they keep to the side of the trail.
I worked in management there for many yrs when there was a official no up hill skiing policy. But they still didn't hassle us when we went up before, during, or after operations.

Well it requires skiing. The drinking is optional, but highly encouraged.

Temps in the mid 40s today. Felt like spring. Did some minor work on the truck. Odds and ends stuff. Have been wanting to create a better option for the Plano boxes on the top. Think I got it figured out.
Make a run to the Depot tomorrow to get it buttoned up.
