Hell yeah. It is probably my favorite place. It's ridiculously crowded nowadays, but last April is wasn't terrible. Hopefully this year is similar.

    Just the basics
Sometimes you get a little bored. I wanted to see how this would work out. Damned good!
Filled the stove half full of yellow heet and got two pot fulls boiled. Now this isn't a field test of course. Temps close to 70 outside and not certain about water temps but probably 60ish.

It was a damn good morning.

This was my Saturday in Sedona setup. I'm doing a photo series with another member called Coffee Anywhere. This is a full espresso setup. Its all manual and what I use at home without the snowpeak stove. But it's fun to take it out sometimes.

I always say I have too much stuff when camping.

Then someone posts pictures of their coffee "setup".
    Puts things in perspective.

When I camp I don't usually bring this stuff. This was just a fun morning run of Broken Arrow before everyone got out there. I think we are heading out to White Pocket next

Very nice setup! Where did you find that table? It looks very handy with the adjustable legs.

From what I read, there are shuttle services that will take you from whitney portal to onion valley. I will most likely look into one of those. Or may give hitch hiking a try for the first time. hahaha

I am not a hardcore camper but I like comfort as I get older.

I repurposed a marine Force 10 BBQ. Instead of living its life on a sailboat rail it now lives in my race trailer making burgers. Nice little setup with a hose for running off of a 20lb tank or portable bottles like pictured.

Got a Yeti 75 for Christmas. Perfect companion for the Force 10. Trailer has a custom aluminum frame for my Serta pillow top. I have 4 X 100w Renogy solar panels, 1000w pure sine wave inverter, 2X 150ah 12v deep cycle golf cart batteries (soon expanding to 4X). Custom aluminum workbench / toolbox with compressor mounted on anti vibration mounts.

Trailer is getting the roof insulated with semi rigid fiberglass board with aluminum kraft on one side. Not sure what I will skin the interior roof with. Either 18ga aluminum or maybe fiberglass board. Similar for the walls. Front v-nose is getting custom aluminum cabinet / entertainment center for a 32” lcd tv and all of my solar hardware.
    8EFD5E80-C1FD-4AE9-9627-8AFEF15700B3.jpg DCA9317C-3ECD-4198-9739-B386D5A6F9CA.jpg207CC21C-3104-4041-8A13-69413CE66B23.jpg 77C5269D-0BE5-4BB0-8E75-D33924288670.jpg E28676D1-B2F0-4E11-8BF5-98C6065EB21A.jpg

Now this is my start getting back to camping. I am slowly getting ideas together for making an all aluminum teardrop camper so that as my 3 year old and I can go camping without bringing the racetrailer. It will have running and heated water for showering and a crude swing out toilet. Something we could go cross country and self contained. Not sure if it will be trail capable or just fire road capable. Solar capability and other than getting fresh water completely self contained. I hope I can filter and treat water from any source short of salt water. Some of the items the rest of you have may be incorporated into my many builds so I may steal the ideas as nessecary.
