Well what I was selling was the complete Tundra braking package, the brake lines, rotors, pads, and calipers. They will not fit under 15" wheels, only 16"+

I meant just the brake line piece. Can you buy that or do you have to rob them off a tundra? My 231s hooked right up on my 4runner but when I went to swap them to my Tacoma when I was selling the runner the plumbing was wrong.

The 4Runner already has the correct flared end hard-line system that the Tundra uses. The Tacoma uses a soft brake line that terminates with a Banjo bolt. The Tacoma Banjo bolt can be used if you drill the end of the Banjo bolt to acommodate the Tundra line.

I'll second that. Best mod I've done.

It's a pretty big difference. You really do notice it, I towed a trailer that weighed 3,650 pounds which is 150 pounds over the payload capacity for the 4 cyl.

I felt confident stopping with that trailer coupled with the Tundra brakes. The difference is night and day not only when you're towing, but all the time.

That’s close to or over the tow rating for a 1st next V6. There’s nothing but a positive for larger brakes. More surface area means better braking, better heat transfer. You can stop when you need to, and it’ll improve stopping distance while towing.

Yeah, might have to chock up the dough for the LCE stainless steel lines and install them. Need to clear room for other things.

You can use the stock lines if you drill the banjo bolt but the LCE kit is very well worth it. Great quality.

I'm gonna have get SS lines anyways so I might as well get something that will work with the tundra calipers. OEM rubber lines are rusted to hell and rubber lines itself probably won't last another yr.

LCE advertises their kit only working with S13WE but it is wrong. I used it with my 13WL just fine. You'll see my review on their website where I said so.

Thats what I got anyways, the WE's. The knuckle itself seems to have the correct dust shield so there wasn't any cutting, or they could actually be tundra knuckles

    Oh you got the WE's? They're a lot smaller I think it's 199mm vs 231mm.
