My lifelong infatuation with trucks has gotten me into trouble before...

One time, a women parked her late 1994-1997ish Land Cruiser (I don't know what year it actually was, but it was like your '93 just a different color) in front of my high school. This was in about 2003-2004, and we were living in Fairfax County, Virginia at the time. I just walked up to the parked LC and staring through the window, practically drooling. The owner walked up and is like "Can I help you?" I forget what I told her, but she realized I was harmless and drove off without incident...

 

What year?

 

1994 F150 Ext Cab

Dad customed ordered one in 1994. It was A 1994 F150 Ext Cab XL shortbed dual tanks 5.0 5 speed was WHITE with copper rocker panel. That truck had almost 300k on it when dad died in 05’ and uncle still drives it til this day. All original motor, Trans, Rear. Only items changed were Oil, Tires, Brakes, 1 water pump and 1 clutch. Beast of a truck.

 

Does the A/C still work?

 

Still original 134 and cold as fucking ice. Never recharged once

 

70s maybe 74 if you can find one haha

 

I no longer have those bragging rights with my Tacoma!

 

I do but with R12 on my cruiser

 

Does your Cruiser have A/C in the back as well?

 

Nah only European 80s had rear AC, I have rear heat though

 

Is it powerful enough for the whole cabin? My parents had a 2000 GMC Safari conversion van, and the A/C was about as powerful as a fart in a hurricane!

Oh yeah it fills the seating area just fine. It needs a condenser fan for traffic though, so I am trying to get one from a 4runner wired in before summer.

 

Does it overheat at idle or when sitting it traffic?

 

No scoop or steps and that is pure sexy!
