All this talk about Mexican food got me to thinking about a few places I'd recommend, though I have to admit that I avoid the NOVA and Bawltimore area religiously, so I cannot add anything for that area.
The next time you head up to Rausch or AOAA, you may want to swing by this little spot:

This is the most authentic I have had, short of my time in Mexico. Save room for fried ice cream......

As some of you have way more available time than myself, make a thread with an index, and start adding great Mexican restaurants from around the country, so that we can look them up and track them down as we travel around.

I can't recall how many times I've traveled the STE through Binghamton, and never knew about that BBQ place you guys go to....

Might as well add Italo's. It's a great place in Scranton. I want to say it's on Pittston Ave. Get the wet burrito and the guacamole is amazing.

Used to be able to get it everywhere around here but even if you find it won’t be the same as the stuff brewed in Canada it’ll be the weak US version like most imports
