Probably would work. I have read on another post somewhere that they wired up the brake and signal to be one so it all lit up on braking or signaling

Thank you very much for your review on the lights. Ill be sure to make a note of the issues you had to our r&d team. in regards to the second issue you had, that may have been a QC issue when the guys in our warehouse installed the ferrite coils. They may not have installed the plug all the way.

No worries. I'm going to monitor it and if it becomes an issue i'll work with the website I purchased them from for a replacement, but so far so good.

Still today no issues with the rapid blinking so I would say for the most part these are solid. My only regret is that I should have got smoked lenses rather than clear as I think it would have looked better on a black truck, however my fear would be that the brake and signal would be harder to see

Maybe put them up in the for sale section with a little discount? You might get lucky. I am like you though, I like the look of the clear lens but I think I would like the smoked look better overall.

it would suck to take a hit on those lights that fast. I get it though. It is why I haven't purchased a set yet. I keep hoping some more of the custom ones will show up first and make my decision easy lol

I agree. They are great lights and I like them a lot and the clear lens with black housing would look good on most trucks, but smoked lens with black housing on a black truck would look better now that I see it all in person lol

Yeah. I hate the lessened visibility but my truck is all black and white. Gotta go smoked if I go winjet.

Maybe i'll go to a local tint shop and have them to a light tint on it to lessen the clear, but not make it more difficult for the lights to be seen

Well, since you add your own bulbs and LEDs are considerably brighter, and dirt cheap these days, that's the way to go. You could even do colored LEDs and they would not only be brighter than incandescent but would help the red and yellow pop through the smoke better. The reverse too. The newer technology LEDs make them look like headlights.

What really sucks with getting smoked tails is, then you need blacked out heads! It's a vicious cycle.

Yea, I am not a fan of that sealed construction at all. How does that even work out when you need to replace a bulb. And they are just halogens. Not a fan of these. How much are they? I didn't see a price.

Now on the OEMassive, they use a switch-back light that turns the DRL into a Turn Signal which is slick and efficient. So already a LED.

What baffles me though is the description:

    Specification:
Low Beam: Does Not Included Any Light Bulb, Please Apply H7 Light Bulb
High Beam: Does Not Included Any Light Bulb, Please Apply H7 Light Bulb
High Quality HID Kit Comes With 2 Bulbs, 2 Ballasts, 2 Resistors, Zip Ties And 1 Instruction Guide

So does it come with damn bulbs or not?! :help:

Here is the set you like WITH the tail lights lol:

Yeah, that sealed construction is questionable, but I have seen people saying they put HIDs in, which is what I already have. I think there is an option for HID or just standard.

That is a link with price. I like the turn signal on the anzo a bit better but really hate the sealed construction.
I really like some of the custom made headlights, but they are super expensive.
