    Nope. Just providing feedback on how the companies I’ve work with provide service.

    Mat has a fantastic product but needs to improve the customer service part. If you want to grow the business, have to grow the cs part as well. It’s honest feedback to Mat.

    Indeed, Mat being a one-man show does impact timelines somewhat and I'm sure as he continues to grow he'll likely also grow his staff. That said, I like having direct access to our developer vs. relying on a go-between even if it does result in delays. Furthermore, he can be very nimble in his approach with his small size now and iterate quickly and I also appreciate that. He is investing in tools to make the process easier moving forward - apparently pulling all-nighters to build apps to automate current manual processes so it is getting better and better!
