I bought a 2012 DCSB TRD OR & got it yesterday. I'll update w/pic's of the progress & random questions. I hope someone gets some useful info out of this thread & y'all enjoy reading along & following the progress!
Pic's of how I received it from the dealership:

    IMG_0688.jpg IMG_0689.jpg

Right off the bat I removed the nerf bars (for sale), the chrome hubcaps (threw in the trash), & the dealership emblem they put on it:
    IMG_0710.jpg
The front bumper (for sale) will be changed out for something more favorable for mild rock crawling.
Today I ordered Fox Stage 2 kit from @HeadStrong Off-Road that consisted of Fox 2.5" ext. travel C/O's, Fox 2.0 rear RR shocks, Dakar medium leaf pack, LR UCA's & some other little items. I also ordered 1.25" spacers for the front & WeatherTech floor liners front & rear.

I'll be running the stock 16" wheels that are in the pic's above w/ 285/75r16 tires.
Will the Wheelers bump stops (front & rear) be appropriate for this lift & tire combo?

Can I not just make spacers for the stock bump stops? If so, I'd rather do that than spend $190 on different BS's. On all my other rigs I've had a spacer can easily, & cheaply, be made with square/rectangular tubing.

You can mount some square tubing to the bump pad on he frame. It’s directly above the bump stop and that would be easier than making a spacer.

Yeah I couldn't justify spening that much to. I just run with out them at the moment until I can afford some timbrins or some can mounts

No you want the 118 part number. 985-24-118 is 15.2 compressed and 24.8 extended, and 985-24-117 is 14.7 compressed and 23.8 extended which is too short for dakars.

I actually have the same setup waiting to go on, expect mine had CD adjusters as well. I think Headstrong actually specs the 118s for 3-5in lift but their perfect for dakars.

I literally said the opposite, 118s are better not 117s.

Yeah, I edited it while you were typing. I had the numbers backwards! Same point is being made, just had the 7 and 8 mixed up. It's fixed now!

Well, after further research it appears the 4 places I looked online don't match what Fox's website says!
    Fox says:
    117's for 2-3"
    118's for 3-5"
Disregard the prior post and I'll erase it. For some odd reason the multiple websites I looked at are wrong.
    Thanks!

I went and checked out where the front/rear bump stops mount and where they hit on the opposing sides. I can easily do as you say and weld spacers to the opposite locations. I'll do some small stitch welds that I can easily remove if the suspension changes. Thanks!

Sounds good. You may have your setup installed before me. I'm waiting for warmer weather, no way I'm putting them on in this cold.

I won't have time to install it all by the time it gets here next week but I'll have it installed by the 18th, with tires. I'm trying to decide between Nitto Trail Grapplers and Cooper SST Pro's. I'll take a bunch of measurements (because I'm OCD about that type shit) and post my findings here. I'll figure out the bump stop length for spacers as well. Thanks for your input thus far.

I ordered this past Friday so it took less than 72hrs to get all this! Very impressive!
Still waiting for the bushings/hardware for the leafs, rear ext. brake lines, carrier bearing drop kit, UCA's and front mats.
So far my experience ordering with @HeadStrong Off-Road has been stellar!!
I'll order tires later this week and get this all installed next week. Can't wait to get the new set-up out on the trails!
