It does. Even more since I have a disability. Nonetheless, hiring processes take days for federal and state jobs. I have two apps in at the CA Military Department for a State civil service, but average process of them can take up to a year or more. Just showing a feeler out there cause I know some of you do good things.

 

Gotcha. I haven't been on much lately. More aging parent management issues sprang up recently, and HVAC replacement. I'll keep my ears peeled for you.

 

Yea, I've been active in most of the gov job websites, just threw it out here to see what you guys could come up with. Other than 'everyone is hiring'

 

Mine's 2.5. He not quite there for radio control stuff yet, but maybe for his third birthday in August.

Yeah it’s actually going really well. We have surpassed all of the projections we had to make for the bank loan.

I do my best not to, but I stress the fuck out sometimes. I work 24/7, slave to the phone. My hair is 73% greyer and my ball sag is at an all time high

But it’s still damn nice being your own boss. Sneak in a mid-day beach session with the dog at least once a week. And I make an hourly rate (when we’re busy) I couldn’t even have dreamed of a few years ago

i was registered in some .gov system looking for my dream job...like a forest ranger or some shit. be outside, carry a gun, pull bitches. that kind of thing. i realized that you need all kinds of degrees that i don't have and so that was that. pay for professional fed jobs is pretty good i recall.

i got my u-bolt flip kit sans plates and also missing the hardware to attatch the bumps to the plate. fu wheelers. maybe i'll head to the snow since i won't be turning wrenches. regular folk be watching the stupidbowl this weekend, perhaps not on the road? haha

Also my OEM skid plate finally gave up the ghost. Had to go get new bolts to hold her up. Just has to make it through next weekend and I’ll reward her with a new skid.
