Yea if you measure the bottom and back of seat, that’s a good amount of space wasted. May take them out soon for the big move of hauling packratted stuff from here to moms

We got so many antique pieces at moms idk where they’ll go. 2 favorites are a kitchen cupboard with flower sifter,and a 7’ tall corner hutch. The corner hutch isn’t very common.

Hmmm... i just don’t see the gain. Makes for an uneven surface for that half-wide extra 6-8 inches of depth/height.

I just can’t visualize the gain.

Morning all! As Buck mentioned, it's cold out. My Saturday will consist of going to a funeral for my BIL's sister. Long battle with cancer finally won at 64. This afternoon will be the weekly moving of the junk around in the basement.
