    Haven't had the opportunity to hit something hard with it yet. But it certainly looks like it will hold up.

    Im a sucker for the classic arb design. My next choice was relentless, which is an awesome looking bumper. I just couldn't justify the cost of freight and customs into Canada.

    Yea relentless was my first choice but just shipping alone was $400 felt like it was to much.maybe if it was 2 day shipping lol

    You can do it if you have the properly gauge wire for voltage drop.

    You'll have to run a big cable up front anyways to connect to the oem stuff. So I'd just put the buss man where the oem battery went and call it a day. Only be like two large power wires one for each battery running from the front to the back. If you out the buss man in the back with the batteries then you'll have all of its sending wires starting from there and switch wires.

    Be much easier to wire things from the front imo.

    Nice looking radiator, Yea the Toyota plastic ones are garbage and crack easily, I have had to replace mine twice from a cracked tank, plastic long term will break down from heat and age, let me know the temp difference and if it's all plug and play with the use of the stock fan and shroud cover.

    Sounds like this is a better idea then what I was thinking. I have 2 gauge running to the rear. Should of went with 0. So place both batteries in the back right behind the fuel cell. Run 0 gauge for + to the front. The 2guage should be good for ground right? Add a braker or fuse? on the + off of the battery to the front. Can I place the blue sea isolator in the engine compartment or would I have to run that close to the battery too?

    MCL needs to go between the batteries. So it'll be in the back isolating the batteries.

    O gauge from the alt to the first battery. 2 gauge be fine between batteries with MCL.

    Run two more 0 gauge one from each + from each battery back up front. Only be 3 big wires running back and forth. Super easy to wrap in tech flex and zip tie together and along the frame.

    Can then run the aux battery power to where ever is easiest and most convenient to place the relay box.

    I'm sure we all agree that most parts are better OEM and we can all agree that a lot of OEM parts suck.
    1st gen brakes and rotors suck
    1st gen rear leaf springs suck
    1st gen seats suck
    This radiator looks like a good option if you don't want plastic.

    My favorite way is to put up some velcro above the window and then sew velcro into the top of the curtains. Pop them on when you want to sleep, pull them off and stow out of the way when you're driving. I'll see if I have any pictures of my old shell but you probably get the idea.

    I've seen some folks do something similar with riveted snaps on the window frame and a piece of canvas that can be snapped in place

    Definitely the more permanent solution. My Wildernest has built in curtains. There are two pieces of fabric that zip together up top to keep all of the tent parts stowed away, and when they're unzipped they fall down and block the windows. Pretty smart stuff.

    That's pretty clever, always cool to have an aesthetic part be a functional one as well. Those wildernests are really cool, still only ever seen one in the wild so to speak.
