Thanks! I'll probably try to pop it out and derp it. But the vinyl is the backup plan for when I screw that up...

I asked this about a week ago, but got no replies. Not sure if no one knew or maybe it got lost in all the posts. So I'm asking again.

Can you guys/gals look this kit over and tell me if it decent price, right materials...etc. Bare in mind, I am only looking for lift. I do no off roading and rarely off paved roads. I just think the truck would look a little better raised.

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/KSP-Toyota...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649

    Thanks for any input.

I got the Carbon fiber dash kit here:
    https://www.carid.com/remin/real-ca...4-pcs-mpn-tatc16c-rcf.html?singleid=343608949

I didn’t install the pieces around the radio and the piece that goes just in front of the A/T shifter I could not get the piece to stay glued completely since it’s curved there. I just cut a straight thin piece to finish it off. Other than that make sure you wipe everything a couple of times with alcohol to get rid of any residue....makes a big difference in getting the CF to bond. Plus do it when your truck is warm on the inside.

    The inserts here:
    https://www.tufskinz.com/collection...coma-3rd-gen-interior-foam-inserts-eva-foam-1

These inserts have like 3M tape on the back to bond. I left the backing on the large piece where the pocket with the charging area is. I don’t use it for charging since it’s so slow....but just in case for future.

And I made a red start button and the carbon fiber a/c vents and CF/TRD sticker over the USB charger you see in the picture from here:

I’ve found tacomaworld has lots of hate for spacer lifts. Coming from the 4Runner group, they don’t hate them. From what I’ve gathered in both groups, look at the adjustable 5100s for the front. They’re around $100 each, but will be a safer/comfortable ride. If you’re set on that 3” lift, you’ll want to add the ome springs with it.

I’m no pro at this, as I just bought my tacoma. This is solely based on the million threads I’ve read on this subject.

    You're buying a Ridgeline? LOL

Nothing wrong with Honda at all. Had a 4wd Crosstour. Handled 5" snow better than some 4x4 trucks.

Thanks, and no, not stuck on 3". Just think the truck would show better with a simple lift. What are 5100's, and what would I use on the rear with these?

Finished up installing the new bumper this morning .
Wired up the winch and adjusted the height of the bumper. Swapped back to my heavy duty springs up front . I also ditched the sway bar while I was in there.
