I had the same situation on my 2rz. One of the throttle cable support bracket had broken off and fell between the valve cover and metal intake resonator. It rattled for a few months before I found it.

At 1st yes. It would rattle mid to high rpm. After it did it for a while, I figured it wasn't a huge deal... I just delt with it, till l figured it out

Same. Mine rattled pretty noticeably at 2800 rpm and higher. And sometimes on deceleration. Pretty scary stuff (to hear after a motor swap). Now to chase down the elusive exhaust leaks.

I had a passenger side door rattle for the longest time that ended up being an extra lug nut I keep in the console rattling against some other stuff :p :D

Pretty stoked. Just ordered a snorkel, led headlights, and the CBI bushmaster 1.0 swingout bumper should be in this week. Also have SPC ucas and the front old man emu shocks to install. Hoping to have this all installed this month.

Which ones did you get? Are they dot approved and have a low enough and defined cut off to be safe on the road with oncoming traffic? I am doing a front clip conversion on my 98 and looking for headlight alternatives. You're the second guy I've seen get something like these. Do the high / low beams switch with the stock steering wheel column switch?

Here are the ones I got: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073QR6BVC/ref=cm_sw_r_fm_apa_3dPDAbDF0D316

    They are DOT approved.

There is a cut off, so that it won't blind people coming towards you.

It will work with your high/low beam switch. Both work.

You'll need this harness to work with your Toyota harness: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XHSFLTZ/ref=cm_sw_r_fm_apa_pdPDAbSEWW1CY
