Sweet thanks! Not sure if I’m gonna do it. With the SOS tax discount I could order it bedlined or powder coated and shipped for $20 more than the guy on here.

Just got back from an adventurous day!
Truck stops didn't have the cb I was looking for, so as I was headed to Peter's Mill Run and Tasker gap, I stopped at Wal-Mart in Woodstock. They had it for $38 FTW.
Then I went to the trails at the south entrance...they've been closed until after the spring thaw I'm assuming
    20180203_114444.jpg
    20180203_114517.jpg
Proceeded on into Fort Valley, where I grew up, to check out the north entrance near Woodstock Tower. It was also gated shut ...not that I would've offroaded alone.
Since this is only 2 miles from where I used to live, I decided to go back some of the old roads that I used to roam on my bike as a kid
    20180203_125223.jpg
Found the old manganese mine that I used to go to 40+ years ago and you can STILL find pieces of the ore laying around!

I need to get a mount that fits under my bed rack. That looks like it would work.

Inner grill removed. Waiting for the primer to dry. Then I'll color match and clear coat. Then insert Satoshi. It looks pretty shitty so far…

How long should I let the primer and each coat of paint dry before moving on to the next layer?

Should I be wearing a mask if I'm doing it in my garage?

EDIT: but with the door open

It's probably pretty cold in your garage so at least 30 minutes. If your garage isn't dusty you can put a fan on it to speed it up.

Take your time haha. I want to say at least 30 minutes depending on the primer. I think an hour or 2 is on the safer side though.

I did my 2nd gen grill a few years ago and it looked like shit for the most part because I was impatient.

That's my problem - I'm impatient. I'll wait an hour to be safe though.

How many layers of primer and paint did you do?

I got impatient with cutting out the inner grill and fucked that up. Going to have to figure out a way to fill the sides. I might have to just buy a new grill, or find a sheet of plastic I can cut to the shape I need to fill in where I fucked up.
