My god... How a set of wheels and some stretched tires can totally ruin an otherwise awesome vehicle.

Pretty sure he parked that way to not get a door ding because he's so wide. I'd do the same thing so nobody hit my car either.

Would you prefer he take two spots instead?

Maybe it's just the camera angle, but it seems that plow sticks out twice as much as most plows do.

Was legal in AZ so far as I knew. Never ticketed anyone for it (do it all the time too). Once you're in the intersection you're obligated to exit the intersection.

It was angled to be even (or almost in line) with the traffic lane since I had to park at an angle just to be able to navigate getting out of there.

Ilegal to be in the intersection to start with. It's been a while since I concerned myself with such things but I believe the local ordinance prohibited "controlling an intersection". Short of it is, can't enter unless you can safely exit. Stopping potentially blocks and delays on-coming traffic.

Of course different places, different laws

I never wrote it but it was there if you irritated me

This truck is illegally parked causing a traffic hazard by obstructing sight of the road of drivers pulling out of a parking lot. I'll call it in every day until it's gone. License plate not redacted as it's a safety hazard on a public street.
