I just went through the exact same thing with my 2015...same lift, same results. I think we both need the ECGS Bushing fix. Somehow my countless hours of research on lifts missed this major problem with lifting these trucks.

I did a bunch of reading as well, and was aware of the potential issues with lifts, but thought I would "sneak under the wire" with this setup only being 2". I knew it was a gamble as some have vibs and some don't at that height.

If it makes you feel better I only have a 2" lift as well and had the vibes. ECGS bushing was a huge difference. It's crazy that Toyota hasn't gotten the hint yet

Has anyone had the dealer change out the needle bearing? If so, how long did it last before the vibes came back? Dealer is changing mine out next week is why I ask.

It’ll likely be back. If it does come back, talk to them and see if they’ll replace it with the ECGS bushing. One guy did, and his dealer was blown away and now installs them on all their lifted trucks.

Thanks for the fast response, I'll definitely ask if it does come back.

Another note: I checked the play on the driver side cv joint and didn't feel any play at all. I checked with weight on the wheels, is that correct or should it be raised?

So I actually had this when I got my lift, but I figured out that it was the driveshaft angle vibration. There is a TSB for it because the angle may have been out of wack even before the lift and then gets exaggerated when you get a lift. The dealership did tell me it won't really affect the truck and it is safe to drive it with the driveshaft vibrations.
