Thats what I was thinking. We could meet up at a taco stand or even get in an evening sesh depending on what time we plan to meet up and drive down. I've never been past k38 and I heard driving at night is sketchy but I'm down to go wherever everybody else wants to.

I've never surfed south of the border so I really have no idea where we should head. Anybody have experience camping/surfing in Mexico?

I would think it best to meet up before we head across the border so we don't have to worry about meeting up in Tijuana.

I’ve been. I just don’t camp. Heard it’s fun. But also heard stories of bad dudes rolling up on gringos camping in the night and taking what they want. Most likely not going to happen, but wife isn’t keen on the possibility. Also, it’s suoer cheap to stay at a condo at las gaviotas. Has a gate and a surf spot out back only those staying there can access. And a pool and hot tub for the community. Just google las gaviotas and you’ll see rental sites. Sure they are on air bnb too. Then you can surf all around there and go a bit more south for day trips to San Miguel.

Yeah getting a condo down there is pretty damn cheap, Id be in for that. Maybe get our feet wet on doing a big group like this and then do some scouting for the next couple times so we can do some camping.

That works for me. Should we move this planning to a new thread/messages so we don't have to keep pestering others here?

So far the list of interested people include
