    And today I got manual locking hubs, CVs, knuckles, struts, a set of spare calipers a front diff and some 5100’s

    Put 5100’s and 881 on it and pieced together a 4leaf (no overload) pack using the original pack and a leaf from a 5lug truck (I’ll get pictures tomorrow of how that turned out)
    But before I settled on that I did the 5 leafs with an AAL it was too much

    I was just casually browsing the first gen build section and came across your thread. I can't believe I missed this tag.

    Your front diff is non ADD, right? You look like you have everything. Make sure your transfer case is j shift.

    I have the j shift and I got the other diff so I could swap the add part out with the solid jack shaft

    That's what I did. It really sucks to do that, you have to basically open the clamshell, pry the ring and pinion from the beating, and hammer the ADD stub out of the ring and pinion. Stupid design by Toyota.

    Finished the manual hub conversion today, and started on the cab swap for my brothers truck @carst he bought a rolled 96 and a cab to swap onto it

    It’s not a junk yard we just have extra parts
