    I love my dogs and wouldnt kick them if it wasnt for a reason, our big dog got hurt and the other dogs wouldnt leave her alone and when I picked her up the pit decided to jump up and keep biting her so I had to give him some swift kicks to get him away.

    Haha, I think fran took me like 6 something last time haha. I wish I was that quick :(

    Well maxed out our clean today, i got 245. 255 just wasnt happening. i realize 255 is over my front squat max. got it to the front squat pos. Also did the endurance WOD 10X30sec row as fast as possible with 2 min rest.

    Day one of the regionals in the north central division. Taking place at the fairgrounds at Castle Rock, CO. Intense stuff already.

    There was the masters and the affiliate teams today. Was impressive to see the people over 50 out there doin work.

    The two teams from my gym are currently sitting in 2nd and 10th. The guy currently sitting 1st in the masters is also from my gym.

    Pretty sure it went 185-205-225-235- then got 1/3 of 245.

    Then 3 rounds of:

    30 24" Box Jumps
    20 Pushups

    Today was interesting. I thought it was going to be so easy, lol.
    Basically, we practiced our double unders and pullups for 10 or 15 minutes, then it happened.
    400 Meters of lunges! my legs were shot! I could barely keep my balance, lol. Tomorrow should be interesting.
