Yeah after a lot of shopping around I decided to stick with them. I have really liked these tires and you can't beat the price point! Can't wait to get them mounted up!

    Well it finally happened!
    IMG_2933.jpg
Picked the rims and tires up on Friday from getting mounted and balanced!
    IMG_2940.jpg
    These things are beefy!
I got some cabin fever yesterday and threw on my warm gear mounted them on the truck!
    IMG_2938.jpg
I have already done all the clearance work up front so they are ready to go. I am able to run the tires with stock fender flares still on (only for driving around town) I had to do a little trimming down by the cab mount so that the tires could spin without hitting the flare but I have no rubbing riding around town! Once it warms up i will be regarding I have 4.88s ready to rock from ECGS and will gusset the spindles when the temperature allows me to lay under the truck again! But for now I'm loving the new meats and can't wait to regear and get on some tracks and trails!

So I have been super busy lately and have been doing a lot of work to the truck as well! I have cut a lot more metal off the truck than I would like to admit and still need to flex test everything and probably cut even more!
In preparation of regearing I have been started soaking the appropriate nuts and bolts and noticed this...
    IMG_3014.jpg
I think I may have blown a seal on my rear driver's side shock :(
    On to the upgrades!
I found a set of bucket seats on Craigslist located in new Hampshire for 200$ and I jumped on them!
    IMG_2957.jpg
I got them installed and wired for the seat belts and airbags.
    IMG_2966.jpg
I was a lot of work to get these seats properly wired in...the driver seat is plug and play but in order to get the passenger seat wired you have to do some serious splicing but it appears that I have it properly wired as everything is fully functioning!
Not necessarily fully related to my truck but it did transport the tools. I finished welding a roll cage for a buddy's CJ and man is it a sweet ride!
    IMG_2996.jpg
    IMG_2995.jpg
4 spd with a factory AMC V8 with a cam still a lot of work to do before it is fully road worthy but it at least safe to drive!
And my latest upgrade is in the organization department!
I bought a tool roll from a company I've never heard of Atlas 46. US made products  so far it has eliminated this terrible useless box from my life!
    IMG_3015.jpg
As well as put pretty much all my hand tools into this nice neat organized roll that fits behind my passenger seat!
    IMG_3018.jpg
And a side by side before it was rolled up

Between Thursday and Friday I finally got around to regearing the truck from the stock 4.10s to 4.88s huge difference in drive ability! I can't wait to get out of the break in period and put the truck some paces!
Only pics i took off the process.
The new clamshell bolted up to the ADD tube I named to break one of the heads on one of the bolts so it really slowed the process down
    IMG_3022.jpg
The rear end was easy very simple in and out
