:annoyed: There are lots of places to get color match paint. Napa has their own paint devision, or automotive touchup.com

Go to automotive touchup.com and order an aerosol can of paint code... (quicksand) patiently wait by mailbox. Go to napa/autoparts for clearcoat sanding material etc. Remove trim, paint, sand, clear etc reinstall trim.

You need to razor off the white/offwhite melt tabs in the back of the vent. Then pull them out being careful not to mash the silver push together tabs that really don't want to be pushed together. Hope that helps.

The steering wheel has 2 access panel on the back. One on each side. Get those off them there is a torx bolt in there. That will release the top panel on the wheel.
The doors, the trim does not separate from what I understand. Use the body panel pry tool and gently lift them out, unplug them. Tape them off and paint or vynil wrap them as u see fit
