    For anyone too cheap to buy a REAL HiLift jack, Smittybilt sells one that's not too bad. Cheaper'n HiLift......but a LOT heavier weight.

    The TSC one fails by design. Climbs up, drops down. Makes a tool that is already unsafe completely dangerous.

    The picture of us cutting on it was actually attempting to resolve this problem after 2 minutes of design consideration. It didn't fix it.

    I'll be getting a hilift probably. Since I have the sliders now and can use them to level the truck for the tent, I'll be using that jack ALOT more than just 'recovery'.

    He told me to call him so I will let you know something here pretty soon. He's prices are very reasonable, especially if you can give him a little time to find something in the area to haul up there. He hauls alot of trailers for Gatormade in Somerset and some badass cars for dealers, collectors, performance shops ect.
