The funny thing is most tempered glass does that it takes a decent force to break a window and that drunk fool seems to barely be able to swing the mop. He would of been better off beating the crap out of the body and denting the shit out of it. The end is hilarious though KARMA bitch!

They are good I just want shorter ones so it only lifts to be parallel with the roof the pivot ball on the DS is worn and loose, rivet are loose as well. The PS the attachment point same thing but the DS pops off every now and again. No biggie typical shit of a used cap I can get all the stuff I need from the local parts store just gotta do it and measure for the gas struts I want, being short I can't reach when it is fully opened that and I don't want it banging into anything that may be hanging over the back.

 

Ha, it does lift it damn high. that was my first cap so I assumed that’s how they all were, and just replaced them with the same length ones.

My old cap lifted the glass in between what that one did and level with the roof. I didn't like that either so I was going to get shorter struts for that as well before I got this one. My folks leer lifts pretty damn high as well but they have a 1st gen 5 lugger that sits low so having it lift that high is advantageous.

 

Well I guess the ditch lights aren't working, I wired them up three times with two different harnesses and nothing, does anyone know why I might be having these issues other than the lights not working? I checked the relays and fuses, I'm fairly frustrated as wiring lights is usually easy for me.

 

Hmm, a good way to test the lights themselves is just touch the wires to a drill battery. I test all my lights before installing.
