    I just gave my gym a doctors note to put my member ship on hold. Strained right bicep n left hand got issues. Hopefully May 1st I'll be back in the game, been out since October.

    Really hasn't healed, so that's why I went to the Doc last week. He said it takes a while. This shit needs to hurry up, I need to make gains.

    could be worse, you could have torn biceps like @MattCowsmasher
    or be like me

    separation in right shoulder 1/4 of and inch, rotor cuff torn in two places in my left, left knee dislocates when it wants (makes for a fun hike)
    rebuilt left wrist,fractured right foot (current injury)......I try to work out only because it keeps the damage from sticking and creating more issues....
    since I moved to Texas.......I have only done 6 months of any real routine............

    I think the only one in worse shape is @lilred95.
