    Weighed in yesterday at 179.4 (181.8 weight class). Nerves were at an all time high almost all day today. I learned that I don’t need to take a preworkout for a meet because the adrenaline would’ve been enough. I was shaky af after my squat attempts trying to calm back down to do bench and deads. Had a great day. Went 8/9 on lifts. Failed my last DL but still nailed a 27lb PR with my 2nd attempt so that’s a win. Would’ve liked to go 9/9 but for my first meet I hit 77lbs worth of PRs and won my division. I’ll take it...

He made so many bad fucking calls st the meet I just worked. WhTs his name Preston or some shit. I’ve never wanted to punch a douche in his fucking throat so damn bad as that day. All those fucking uspa “refs” they had at that meet were a joke minus 1 or two. Especially the heavyset blonde peice of shit that wore her pants up to her fucking underarms.
