It' smooth. But I think the front fairing doesn' deflect the air like it's suppose to. So the pocket I'm suppose to be in, has a lot of turbulence?

Ahh, I see. I've messed around with that on a few cruisers before, and I've come to the conclusion that unless you want to run one of the barn-door windshields or a full fairing, you might as well run it naked. Small fairings and windshields end up disrupting the air more than smoothing it out, and always miss where ever you are sitting.

Sure does. I'l have to mess with the angel a bit. The previous owner was short. Maybe 5 feet? So the fairing was pull back to where I couldn' see the top of the speedometer. I had pushed it forward some and now I can see the speedometer. But I was doing 80 mph how the guy had it. And now since I moved it, i was doing 90... lol

I agree. I bought this truck to get a daily I did not care much about. Did not want “another money pit”.

Everytime I look at some of the trucks here with fancy suspension, I find myself wanting to get rid of some of my moneis!

    Must resist the urge!!!

Flare has been burning for two days straight. Sounds like a jet engine.

Ehh. I’d rather see a huge flame of the bad stuff being burned off then the bad stuff being released somewhere else.

    True.

Buddy of mine back in California works for Chevron. Tells me about some nasty stuff they can’t burn around any population of people, so supposedly it gets loaded onto huge cargo ships who burn it off when they’re out in the middle of the ocean. :notsure:

If true, what’s that doing to your lungs! :bananadead:
