Glad it worked. Happened to me a few times. I wonder if it has to do with the ecu resetting while the ug is plugged in. Maybe it screws things up

 

Sealant was used but apparently not enough was used.

Was behind a lifted dodge diesel this morning. Thing had at least 3" blocks

 

I bet that thing rides smooth as butter.

 

A lot of diesels come w/ blocks from the factory... F350s come with 4" blocks off the lot

They are down here at the shop in Ster ling. I may be working Saturday tho. If not, you'll have to pick them up one evening this week. Just let me know which evening. Tonight works best for me. I'll be there til about 6 or so.

Why study when I can learn how to splice winch line

 

damn! what happened???

 

It got torn up at rausch so I needed a new line. Decided to learn on to spice so I can make a winch extension and soft shackles out of the usable pieces

Edit: part of the problem was lack of winch line cleaning so the grit destroys the synthetic line which @Subway4X4 brought to my attention. Should be cleaned after every trip
