With all the talk of injuries y'all sure are making it easy to not get a gym membership.

Working out at the gym and the human body are starting to sound like Tacomas and mods, those that don't do it have less issues.

 

mine are from things like jet ski into sand bar...broken back........surfing at the hook...broken back.......football for the shoulders.......knee....dunno it just started a few years ago.

If I dont do a little bit the joints start to freeze up and I get migraines.........I do my work outs at home with the p90x line of work outs...

 

That’s rough Sunday’s after work is leg days for me started doing more compound excercises instead of one body part a day I feel better am losing weight at a faster weight. Hope you stick with it super easy to get lazy I’m guilty of it.

 

That was a rough injury had to take about 10 months off been lucky last couple of years being super cautious with anything that may aggravate an old injury mine all all service related cept one had a pretty narley crash on a mountain bike.

 

Got my rain gear packed up for Sunday.​

Anybody with a pop up shelter, please consider bringing it.

PSA: If any of you are thinking about getting novocain shots under and into your tongue, I'd advise against it. I had a plugged salivary gland operated on yesterday, and on the 1-10 scale, it ranks at about -37, maybe -40.

I dont own rain gear, guess the little taco and I are getting wet......should bring some soap and shower there......
