I can get them or you can get eibach's from Toytec. I have a set of eibach 14x650 silver in my garage I ordered for an east coast customer that disappeared on me. PM me and I'll look up the price for them.

Yeah you can tuck all that extra under the plastic end caps to tighten it down.

I have a PHD on that transfer case.. :)
If you are hearing a grinding noise it means that the planetary gear is no completetly engaging. That is how I striped mine. In my case it was due to a broken actuator housing not allowing complete movement.

I were you I should take it apart and fix everything before major damage occurs.

Are you using some sort of factory wiring for a 4runner? How can you ensure a complete shift between positions? Did you ever take apart the motor assembly? So many variables

Yes. Factory computer/wiring harness. As for engaging in listening to the clicks of the relays coming from the computer. I need to wire the lights, just haven’t yet.

No I never took anyone the motor assembly or case apart.

@thefatkid if I go get another transfer case, wound it be worth wile to bring it by you to open it up and check if all the gears are good before I install it into the truck.

If it doesn’t come with the actuactor you better open it to correctly time it.
