    The entire concept of a Snorkel is totally missed by the Writer. Snorkels are mostly for dust not for water.

    They sure are shaker...

    And all those poor saps that own those models will be doing twice the rear brake services you or I will be doing..

    Rear discs just don't last in dirt.. Especially if you don't service them after wheeling..

    As I pointed out the most pinnacle 4x4 of all time has them.. And its a terrible setup.. As I have done a few new jeeps in my shop..

    My 2010 F150 had rear discs and even with proper servicing spring and summer, they still wore out faster than the fronts and only do 30% of the braking..

    My 2013 GM had drums... 135,000km later... I decided to change the pads because they were getting down..


    Drums are not a bad thing..
