She's a supermodel, wife of New England quarterback Tom Brady, a huge Patriots defender and fan. And last, but not certainly least, Gisele Bundchen is a mother.

And only a mother could explain the Patriots' loss in a humbling way to her children. But that's exactly what Bundchen did in the aftermath of Sunday's painful Super Bowl LII loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

"Sometimes you have to let other people win," she told her children who were crying after the Eagles beat the Patriots 41-33, according to USA TODAY. "We have to share. Sharing is caring."

Benjamin, 8, and Vivian, 5, were beside themselves and sobbing as 10-year-old John stood close by.

Bundchen explained to the younger children, "They (the Eagles) haven't won in a million years. The Eagles won the Super Bowl.

"Just this time. Daddy won five times," Bundchen said. "They never won before. Their whole life, they never won a Super Bowl. You have to let someone else win sometimes."

Nothing at all, Tom Brady is the greatest human to ever live and only loses when he lets others win. Maybe he could have shook their hands since he is so humble

 

Don’t worry its not your job to defend everything.

 

How do you guys even have time to drive your trucks if you're spending this much time analyzing how somebody explains losing a game to a 5 year old and an 8 year old? Who gives a crap what she told her kids about the team losing?

The sore-bum hatred here is hilarious.

I guess maybe the same way you had time to read it and form an opinion. You don't see anything wrong with not giving credit where its due? You congratulated the Eagles, why can't Tom Brady put on his big boy pants and admit defeat? Oh yeah, he let them win

Its an awkward conversation for little kids.... Daddy is not allowed to cheat anymore so he let them win.

 

You don't spend much time explaining to children how things work, do you?

Actually I do, and in sports with kids you teach them sportsmanship as the main thing, pretending you let them win is a far cry from sportsmanship
