This is the open area right when you turn in from Hwy 71. The Tacoma I met and chatted with drove through this with ease and the water at the time was about 1/2 to 3/4 up to the top of his tires. I imagine this will be bigger by Sunday with this week's rain.

I'm not scared! I foresee recovery happening at least once or twice for one of us (including me!)

Also .... I'm 100% down with going out to Bastrop after the meet. With the rain foretasted I am expecting that place to be pretty muddy and difficult to navigate. We can always make a judgement call when we get there whether or not to go down the trails. Recovery gear will be a must. I'll have my recovery boards, shovel and tow straps.

And im down for some in the rain wheeling for sure! I have traction boards, tire patch kit, hilift, tow strap, replacement valve stems, shovel, ax, and an air compressor. I am going to get some muck boots before Sunday for sure!

Oh I'm in! Though if I get stuck ya'll are going to have to help pull me out lol I got a locker but its still a 2wd and unfortunately I am still on the path to obtaining some good recovery gear

Going to REI today to get some new rain pants for my fishing trip but certainly will use them on Sunday for the meet and the mud! GoPro will be charged up as well with its waterproof case on!

Have a bunch of stock suspension, bumper, grille and other parts from 2nd gen (sr5 crome) and 3rd gen (trd or crome) I can bring to the meet Sunday if anyone is interested. Still in Florida atm so I can't post pics, just checking for interest.
