I was under the impression that the China TRD Pro Grill would fit on SR5. Is that correct?

I ask because I messaged a seller and he said would not work on SR5. Anyone here tried on SR5, or does it for sure not fit?

    Thanks

use a heat gun. Be careful not to get too close so as not to burn the visor fabric. Start a little ways away and get closer if the label doesn't peel. After the label is off, use a little acetone, adhesive remover or lacquer thinner on a cloth (not a paper towel), to remove any adhesive that remains. Rub gently...do not soak the visor. There may be some u-tube videos on this. GOOD LUCK

Of course it will fit. All the grilles fit all models. Here is one on an SR model.

That is what I thought. I was completely surprised by his answer. And it wasn't a China vender, it was someone in California. Thanks for confirming.

Just throwing this one into the mix. This is the one I have. It sticks out of the dash about ¼".

Bought this kit from toytec- http://toyteclifts.3dcartstores.com...spension-lift-kit-for-2016-Tacoma_p_1595.html

only problem I had after I installed myself (which i have never done before but followed a youtube video) was some vibration around 23 mph. Took it in to get an alignment and asked them to check out the vibration and I guess I was missing some pinion shims that i should of taken off from the stock... but after all that it drives very well. Will be adding a front bumper and bed rack with RTT and hoping the ride will get better with a little weight since I bought the kit for those items.

Hey thanks. Did you measure before and after to see how much height you got? Did the dealer install the shims for you or just tell you and then you installed them?

I need to replace mine soon. Which company did you go through for the aftermarket windshield and what did it run you?

Unfortunately no I didnt measure wish i would have. I brought it to a 4 wheel parts for the alignment and brought up the issue I had and they installed it for me paid $220 for the alignment, shims, and labor so I count it as a win on my end. I will say doing the lift kit myself with two floor jacks and two other guys still was not easy but a good learning experience. And having to take the leaf springs off again to get the shims in would of been a ton of work for me so I was happy to pay them to do that.
