A 1 inch block is no big deal. Its ok.Call Headstrong offroad. They will verify this.Ive also done it on a 2006 Tacoma and it worked great.A 2 inch block is no good.

must admit this is very tempting. Like others this site has cost me enough for now. At least I keep telling myself that. lol. When the time comes I think I will go with adjustable front Bils 5100's (plus on 5100 on back). Can't the adjustable 5100 fronts be adjusted up to 2 inches? Mainly looking to level truck. I know never say never about lifting it. On stock SR is the back about an inch high for rake?

Order shipped. Now that I know it went through I’ll order Dakars later this month. Won’t install until March sometime. Gives the early birds on here time to work out the bugs. That way if I need to order more parts I can and do the install once.

@TPC did your vibes go away after alignment?

How long did it take for most of you to get the parts shipped out. I ordered Friday and haven't received an email about them being shipped yet. My purchase email said it takes 2-4 working days to process, the anticipation is killing me

Just pretend your truck is a kardashian leaving the plastic surgeon and start snapping everything.

Yes. Leaf springs or block in the rear. I suggest against block lifts

No more vibes, but it still doesn’t ride great. I need to take another crack at the alignment and get the caster closer to 2.5. I am also getting my wheels rebalanced since the KO2 is notoriously difficult to balance so hopefully both of these help. No needle bearing issues after 250 miles. The few times it felt a little rough I switched into 4 high and it made no difference.

Great info - hopefully the caster solves your issue. Any further settling?

Ok so truck is DCSB trd or manual trans.
Starting measurements from ground to bottom fender since that seems to be what everyone is doing. LF- 34.875 RF- 35.063 LR-35.938 RR- 36.438

No further settling. Holding strong at 2.0 in. lift on driver and 1.6 in. lift on passenger.

If I installed this on my 2014 DC and ended up slightly nose high, could I put a 1/4" or 1/2" spacer in the back? I always see people come down hard on spacers, but I don't do any rock crawling or hard-core off road. Mostly farm fields and pastures.

    Yes.

    Are there better options? Yes.

    Will that work? Yes.

AAL would be better, and they're not too pricey.
