2019 Tacoma TRD Pro gets a snorkel?

Chrome lovers, and the guys who mine chromium for a livin’ can count on Toyota. When they go “chrome”, they really go chrome.

Does it have same useless function as hood scoop? Or, is actually functional.

 

Not so sure, I suspect they would have just bought a Prius if the Ridgeline didn't exist.

I was told buy a Toyota salesman today that you will be able to start the 2019’s with your phone.

 

The point I'm trying to make is no matter what, other truck options will take away some potential sales. What would have the guy who bought a Ridgeline got had there not been the minivan truck option? what have all the Ford guys buying that wanted the small truck? What has the Jeep fans getting for a truck? The Ford ranger will cut into Tacoma sales, the jeep pick up will cut into the Tacoma sales... it may only be a few, but I bet enough that Toyota will feel the need to pay attention.

 

Probably not the manuals.

There won't be any manuals in 2019, except on the PRO model.

 

Hood scewp = panty drop = smiles, so we are back to the hood scewp for the smile factor, what level will the snorkel take it to?

Toyota would be better off focusing on fixing the current problems that Tacomas have had for years,before adding another item that might have yet another problem.The snorkel will be just another expensive option that an aftermarket one can do for half the cost.

 

Thats because the place is a huge dust bowl.
