Diabetics drink diet soda, albeit Im not one, it does serve a purpose. Although not the healthiest one, it does serve one. Id rather drink it than a 40gram sugar Coke.

I don't like Diet Coke or Diet Sprite. I only drink Diet Root Beer and Diet Sunkist.

That is kind of my thinking, I hardly ever drink soda but I would rather drink sugar that is something the body recognizes and processes. As opposed to what ever artificial sweeteners diet contains not to mention most of them have been linked to some nasty stuff.

So it looks like I'm going barhopping on Thursday night with my 44-year old friend and former special ed teacher as a wing-woman!

FYI, we no longer consider ourselves teacher and student. She may as well be one of the guys at this point! She's also one of the few people in the mental health/special ed field who I didn't think was an asshole...

She's always treated me like a person, and she believes in letting her students learn the way they want to learn instead of forcing them to follow a specific curriculum/schedule!

I can install a stereo, change the oil, recharge the A/C, and even do basic part change-outs...

However, aside from stereo installations, automotive electrical systems are not my forte...

I was at the local Toyota dealer to pick up a cabin air filter and browse the new Tacoma inventory. While there, I asked the service manager if they could install the OEM foglights I recently obtained. He said it was a major job and they couldn't do it because my truck is not wired for it.

I was also told that in Pennsylvania, having foglights that operate independently of the low-beam headlights is against regulations, and if the state police or whoever happened to be at the dealer conducting a random inspection of the inspection station, they'd have to fail my truck.

Sometimes I really hate the annual state inspection!

    :annoyed:

I've been using Uber since 2015. I introduced her to Uber. My friend Mike got me the Uber card as a Christmas present.

Before TW I had no idea ppl in some states had to have their vehicles inspected and could fail for any number of random reasons. I guess I'll take the MN restriction of 55% window tint and count myself lucky.

In Ks if you lights work and your vin checks out your good. And there is only one inspection if you title a car from a different state.

In college I had a 85 Jeep Cherokee with rust so bad that you could see through the floor. No horn, no passenger door handle, and no heat running on 3 cylinders getting 12 miles to the gallon with a spot light as the passengers head light. No issues.

Also OP, a kit is cheap, they look good, and just wire the relay to only work with the lows on and your golden.

    Don't even get me started...

Our back deck and screened-in porch was supposed to begin construction in October 2017...

They didn't begin until after Thanksgiving!
