But take a buddy with 4x4 and some recovery gear, just in case. Depends on the conditions (weather, route, truck specs/mods, etc.).

 

Hey everyone, I would like to set up a group trip to Kaena Point on either February the 10th or 11th. This will be completely dependent on other people going, as my wife won't be here and I don't want to go by myself. What say you all?

I was actually thinking Sunday, but I'm down for when is the best for the most people. So let's see what @seoulja99 says.

@lemon177 @xman68 would you guys want to for us all to each bring some food stuff so we can park someplace and chill out for a little bit?

 

Sunday is better for me. I’m finally taking the basic handgun training course this Saturday. Won’t be done with that until about 3p on Saturday. If not this time, I’ll catch you guys next time.

 

Sunday will work...and usually I bring beer and snacks. Don't really need to be super formal with what we bring because people will be coming and going through the day

 

Prob can't this weekend, but FWIW it was very dry two weeks ago. Been raining a lot since, but it had been raining a lot before that day too.

I just found out that I MIGHT have to work this Sunday. So, don't plan around my schedule. The next few weeks are a bit crazy for me.

If I don't work, I'll meet up with you guys out there. Just keep me posted on which site/area you end up at.

Also, agree with Matt...just bring enough for yourself (snacks/food and drinks); but if you want to share something, that's up to you. Same goes for chairs, canopy, etc.

 

So far I'm down for Sun, and I agree....just bring enough snacks/drinks for you, unless you want to share. Just lmk the time and place we meeting.

 

I dont know anyone but might b down for sunday cause sat. im cab choppin and installin my rear hc bump. Got the front on last weekend!
