Yeah it would be the same about as a lt 2nd gen. Except the whole truck is 85" wide vs mostly just the front tires.

Pfffff. That's why they run those giant ass tires I thought. Isn't that pw dude on 37's? What's he bitch in for? Haha

Even if they put the turbo 4 banger from the mustang it would be fun. I would definitely buy one over the 3rd gens, Toyota's drivetrains are starting to fall behind. The 10 speed auto would be nice as long as it works. Our grand Cherokee has an eight speed, and it's awesome.

In the wrong sport if they are trying to wheel with such fat vehicles and don't expect to out in effort ha

Yeah depending on how much it weighs over all. I couldn't ever afford it anyways. A 60k truck seems silly to me. Would rather get a nice car for that.

Will be interesting to see for sure.

My thoughts as well, unless toyota pulls some shit at teh Chicago show this month with the Tundra, then I don't see much hope for them. Ford is really stealing that market right now and people are pretty jacked about the rangers return. I would go ranger-raptor for sure, if it wasn't gonna be so damn expensive.

You know it's going to be super expensive. Haha like 20k more than a normal one.

The diesel aspect is interesting. Surprised they didn't just use the Focus RS motor or something along those lines.

Only other downside tho, while the F150 admittedly has a very very nice interior, that ranger does not.

i don't pay enough attention to know about the interiors. The raptor one might be better. But its Ford. Gotta cut corners somewhere.

The interior is like that of a plain focus. Ford has really upped their game on interiors lately. I would almost say they have the nicest out of all the brands right now. GMC is close 2nd IMO.

But thats one thing I always find kinda important. Like sure the outside of a vehicle should be appealing, but you spend 100% of your time in that spot driving, it should be aesthetically pleasing lol.

I grew up in plain jane truck interiors. Long as it has a stereo, ac and a good heater...maybe CC. Im good haha I am getting to the point where i want the interior quieter though and a more comfortable seat for longer trips.

So almost anything is better to me. That said, i don't like being in a vehicle where i feel like i have to wash my shoes off and never be dirty getting into it. Ruins it for me.

Off topic, but has anybody else had there phone number used by a telemarketer? Had a guy call me asking why I was calling him. A whole new low by that industry.

yep. Have had that happen several times. Its a prerecorded thing too always the same voice and same responses.

At first i thought it was some old friend from school doing a prank as there were websites you could put in someone's phone number and it would call them with these annoying prerecorded prank call deals. Had a buddy that thought there were hilarious. You could sit on your computer and listen to the other person respond.

I think its ridiculous that telemarketing can use cellphones.

Im with ya mostly there. Im starting to want nice things. Not over the top, but heated seats are defiantely awesome.

Now they are set up where they call you from that cell in a area based on your phone number. So my cell gets MT calls and my work one gets WY calls. I have cussed out a few of the things and they stopped and told me it was not appropriate so they aren't all computers.

I'm talking about when they use your number to call someone else. Then that person calls you wondering why they missed calls from your number

At least those you can ignore. When they are fraudulently representing your work/personal number is a huge problem imo

Because when i've had it happen its very obviously fake.

Exactly. It's like Ben is saying about the local number thing. I just didn't realize your number could be used. I thought they just found local area codes and used the numbers that weren't taken yet.
