Will be about 3 days of fermentation at about 11:30pm. Should be about 10-12 10inch pizzas tomorrow

 

So in all the fury of making pizza and running out of propane for the bbq and switching to an oven and rapid firing pizzas at halftime... I forgot to take pictures

My fiancé grabbed one of me rolling out dough balls... so there’s some proof pizza happened.


I’m trying to hunt down a few more, I know people were snapping photos while eating. I’ll post them if I get them. Cheers guys!

Wife and I have been making my old recipe lately....but doing it in a cast iron pan....I will have to take pics.

Yeah it was a $5 pep from aldi's (16") and i jazzed up half for me and my wife with some tamed jalapenos and left the rest so my daughter (3yo) would eat some

 

Getting my tires swapped, so I grabbed a slice from Costco (tire shop is across the lot). Can't go wrong with that!

 

Buffalo chicken flat bread pizza from Walmart deli. I wish they would just make this into a normal pizza, it's so good. maybe with stuffed crust haha.

 

I do a buffalo chicken dip, may have to try that on a pizza. That one looks really good.

 

closest thing Ive had is a piece of chicken Alfredo pizza...not a favorite of mine.

 

I'm not a fan of alfredo sauce on a pizza, I have had a few and none of them did it for me.

 

mellow mushrooms has a buffalo chicken with a ranch or bleu cheese base and bacon on top

 

The dip I do has chicken, buffalo sauce (I usually use Franks), ranch dressing (I use a good one or make my own), cream cheese and cheddar cheese in it. I could use that as the base then put a good moz on top of that, then when it's cooked put a blue cheese drizzle on it (I have to be careful there wife HATES blue cheese).
