I feel like at his point this guy is either trolling or he works for Chevrolet. Maybe he is just lost and needs directions back to the Colorado forum

Not sure Californians qualify as truck critics but oh well. Around here, I see about 50 Tacos for every Colorado (and I'm in effing Colorado).

Depends on the truck. Racing in the desert? That’s the epicenter. Hauling horses? Not so much of that. But it’s there.

Can’t say I’ve seen to many Tacoma’s hooked to horse trailers.

Is this a serious post? If so I’m interested in a lil more insight from someone who’s actually been on both sides, not just the Tacoma looks cool so it’s the best truck ever made side.

I wasn’t going to respond to this thread anymore.

Long stort short, i bought a tacoma offroad access cab. But had my eye on the four door the whole time, figured the access cab would be good for me but started to hate it. For work and life. The tcoma was just a two seater in access cab formation.

Once i learned more about the zr2 i thiught it was the cats ass. But was too much money

I figured out how to afford it, and the mindset was. Buy it, doesnt need any mods for the moderate offroading i do. Throw some 33s on it and call it a day.
I test drove one and it was really nice.
Not bragging (its a problem) im on my 8th vehicle and im 22yrs. Wrangler, old gmc canyon. Etc.

But now that i have it, i pay to much a month for it over the tacoma i once owned.

There really isnt much afternarket for it. So now im gettinf bored of it cause i cant mess with it cause it doesn’t need anything.

Where the tacoma always needs messing with cause theres so much aftermarket.

I like both trucks ,both have positives and negatives

I will have to live with the zr2 for sometime as I don’t want to take a huge loss on it after such short ownership, that said ill be happy to keep it, its been a great truck for the first 3 months and have had no issues

If I bought a white 4 door trd offroad when i traded my jeep in. Id still own it and wouldn’t have the zr2. But you live and learn

Who mentioned my F150? No not on any other forum. Why does any indifference to your truck hurt you so deeply. I’ll say it again for all the fan boys I like the Tacoma, I like the Tacoma, I like the Tacoma... you want it one more time? I LIKE THE TACOMA!!! Just because I don’t actually have one and have a dildo strapped to the front bumper that I go out and bounce on like others here, in no way should bother you.
