In the Pelfreybilt threads, the haters are the people that didn't order, because they didn't want to wait. Pelfreybilt has incredible customer service and many of these businesses are dealing with rapid expansion and increased customer demand. Most of these companies realize how critical their customer service is, and how easily a bad experience can lead to a drop in sales. These forums are where I come to see if I want to do business with a company. Like Headstrong, incredible customer service and quick responses.

Exactly! I do my research of the supplier before I order, most times.
This is a great place for that feedback. This is also the first time I've seen a vendor go down without a fight as well. Because if they gave a shit, they would've said something, like I've seen the others do. They either refund or make it right somehow.

Hell, they at least respond to the customer in some way...

Same thing I just read in a Demello thread. Stated by them, and then Headstrong as well.

I'm fine with some delays as long as they let me know. My sliders were delayed at Pelfreybilt, but they kept me informed when I checked on status to confirm lead times. My habitat was delayed by 2 months, but they replied when I asked for lead times.

We've all put a chunk of hard earned money down on an order for something with the knowledge that we won't see it for a few months, but as long as they communicate and keep us in the loop, it's fine.

You just rephrased the same point I made. "Just because you personally know one person who says All Pro is being chased with debtors, doesn't mean you should trust them."

Whether its positive or negative, it's unwise to trust one person. Especially when the thing you hear is negative, which is what people seem to want to spread around just to start shit.

And AllPro did just that when I ordered my sliders. Told me 6 to 8 weeks. They were here in 9 days.

    Apparently different for others

No, I'm saying I've viewed more negative threads than positive about them in particular.

Yes, I searched for titles only and that may be my fault. Searching individual posts is like pulling teeth...

It’s a difficult business out there. I’ll give it to relentless. I watched this unfold on instagram a few weeks ago. Mobtownoffroad had unveiled a new product with basically the same name as a very similar product that relentless has had for some time. Both companies handled it like gentlemen and Mobtown renamed their product. I’d do business with either after watching this.

That's fine, this isn't about me trying to convince you to shop at All Pro or not shop at All Pro, it's about me telling you (and everyone in general) to not start spreading rumors around cause we're better than that shit. There's plenty of verifiable facts to throw if you're in a poo-flinging mood.

Also, remember- you're gonna find way more people bitching than saying 'I ordered something from company X and they delivered', just cause it's more fun to go on the internet to bitch about something.

    And to circle back:

Absofuckinglutely yes, it does. I'm not sure why you'd devalue your own experience- because it's positive? Because you ordered something they had in stock? Nah fuck that, if All Pro wanted to rip you off it wouldn't matter if it was something in stock or that they had to build. Your review holds just as much water as anyone elses' review.

In the end, I'm going to believe personal experience over what I hear from others.

I had great experiences with AllPro, Pelfreybilt, 4WheelParts, and Headstrong. They all 4 exceeded my expectations and their promises.

    Just lucky I guess.

This is why I have Relentless corner brackets and quick fist brackets. Swear I have something else from him...
This is why I have the Mobtown tailgate skin.
This is why I have an SOS skid.

    They communicate with the buyer.

I do agree with you, Josh. I can see both sides here just fine.

Myself, having no experience with them, can only base my decision on what I see about them. If I see mostly negative results, I'll choose someone else, regardless of word-of-mouth.

And that fuckin eeebay bumper is looking mighty good.
