The Gun show is this weekend at the greater Philadelphia convention center in Oaks, Pa. Is anyone going? They do a few shows a year. I never went to this but it looks like the Oaks location is the biggest event of anywhere the show goes.

 

That's exactly why I want to go. I'll be hitting up a range soon too. Probably the one on street road.

You'll have to come up for a shooting day, there are usually 10 or so ex-Army guys with a silly array of guns. We shoot, grill, drink beer. Good times are had.

On Sundays near the end of the show you can get a good price on some stuff. Ammo usually.

My boss just called, I'm doing OT 6a-6p on Sunday. Looks like I can only go Saturday. Not sure if I will though.

Seriously! I was maybe 10 minutes after that he called me. He's actually the one who told me about the gun show this weekend.

No not yet. The range on Street Rd has a couple guns that I was looking at available for me to rent to shoot. I want to go shoot them all first.

 

See if they have a Springfield XD .40 to try out.

 

I have an XD 45 Love it. I want to get a XDS 9 for the daily.
