Your going to have to look up the compressed and extended lengths of the shock you want. Most 10" shocks are in the 15" range collapsed and 25" range extended.

And you'll just have to measure yourself what tour truck needs and what will work best. Every truck is different.

2.5s are even longer. Mine are like 28" extended.

Probably should wait until I have the weight to see what I need. I can add 500 pounds of horse feed to simulate the weight and measure again to see what shock length be best

When you set up a DD/trail rig with a rear suspension to carry all that weight how does that end up riding when it’s unloaded?

I really need to save this pic for easier access.

I wouldn't install $1,000 worth of ADS shocks based on a guesstimated length, buy hey, it's your build.

I think you will be cloclo to 750lbs with all that. You have around 200lbs in just liquid there. At lleas another 100 in tires. Then add whatever the tent and bed rack are and your over 500.

Ride height does not dictate shock length. You need to measure your suspension fully drooped and fully compressed and compare with shocks collapsed and extended length

Yeah I'm not going to install the shocks yet I rather ruin the shocks I have now then the ads.

Yeah, I'm not entirely set on the gear and gas/water setup but it's a good benchmark to start at.

How should I measure the droop and compressed cycle?

So I called them this morning and they said it’s taken this long because the people that did it last year did it wrong, that’s what they’re saying anyway.

So I hear this creaking sound coming from the front end of my truck when I coast at low speed. Kind of sounds like something is spinning but the clicking every once in a while. Totally goes away at driving speeds/highway. I also have a squeak coming from my steering wheel when I turn as well as a sound that sounds like brand new tires on a polished floor.

    Is my Rack toast?
Just had the LBJ replaced and they said the tie rods were fine.

Much better than I thought it would. I made sure everything was stuck on real good before I left it. Was good this morning, but we’ll see when I leave work!

Sounds like a you issue, purge your keyboard cache in the app manager. I have been using Chrome mobile with zero issues and the stock Gboard keyboard.
