Summary of the "new" TRD Pro lineup..

Tacoma - Got a snorkel and JBL

4Runner - Got a lame looking roof rack

Tundra - Got a Hood Scoop

    ooooooooooo game changer!!!:bored:

CLEARLY toyota "felt the heat" from all the competition.....

Oh wait, this was 100 million percent predictable. But as always, super fun to watch the interwebz lose their minds about "what they heard" or "toyota had better"

Still a great and reliable truck, always has been and that's clearly what they are sticking to. Hopefully we don't see 25 new threads a day about it now.

Can’t wait to see all the flooded Pros from people who go from cruising malls to fording rivers like they’re on the Oregon Trail

ha ha, seriously... But that snorkel, looks like a fuckin Emu popping its head out of the sunroof..... Except Pro's don't get a sunroof..... But, what it does give you is INSTANT expo points! Like full expo right off the lot.

Toyota is notorious for playing it safe, I didn't expect much. They also extended the 2.5" Foxes to each model, so a nice upgrade for the 4Runner and Tundra. Voodoo Blue is also making a come back.

Yeah I didn't expect really anything significant. Figured a few small cosmetic things and JBL option, so I was pretty much spot on. Wish they would go with that OD Green FJ color... Thats blue two years in a row, kinda lame. But who am I kidding, I'm not getting a new Tacoma nor would I get anything other than white.... Except maybe a cement T4R

Agreed. That green would be much more fitting on a Tacoma with a snorkel. Or even bring back Radiant Red.

    Happy birthday @XPOTRPR !

I wonder if this means the TRD foxes are going to come down in price, or if I'll just have to stick to my plan of the 2.0s...

Completely unrelated, anyone have a good FFL they use? I have some more stuff coming in (projects from ages ago that are finally complete) but the last place I used I wasn't thrilled with...

    Happy Birthday @XPOTRPR !

The announcement from Toyota for the 2019 Pro lineup is definitely as expected. If anything I think that this gives more info about the T4R not getting a full redesign for 2019 which is kind of a bummer.
