Just curious about how you decided on Utah? I really like it there too, but Utah is growing really fast. Faster than Colorado actually, so I’m wondering if SLC metro is gonna turn out like Denver in the next 10 years?

Not sure about salt lake cause I won't really be near there, but down south growth is minimal. Much less than idaho and montana which were our other choices.
