Thanks, Noah!! I really appreciate it!

@SouthernStyleOffRoad bumper shipped yesterday and arrives tomorrow! Will be installing this weekend if we aren’t camping. If we are, it’ll have to wait two weeks. Can’t wait to get it on the truck along with the winch/lightbar!

Are you going color matched on the low pro bumper?

Does removing that air deflector shield affect mileage much? Love the build!

    Thanks!!

I lost around 1MPG but I also added the larger KO2s around the same time. My speedometer hasn’t been recalibrated so it’s slightly less. Not bad for the huge upgrade in looks (and performance for the tires!)

Averaging 18.5 MPG with all of the mods after 71 fill-ups and almost 22k miles

Nice! That’s a nifty app you got there. :). I’m planning to go 285/70r17 with a 2” lift. Kinda hard to start the modding process since my truck might look silly on a 2” lift and 265s. I’ll start with the air deflector. Haha. Thanks!

App is Fuelly, free and super easy to use! I highly recommend it. I’ve used it with the last three cars I’ve had. It generates all kinds of interesting data.

Sounds like a great plan! You gotta start somewhere. It won’t look as crazy as you think if you add a lift before tires. I wouldn’t sweat it. Take your time!

Have you noticed any sagging with the extra weight of the canopy?

I did not. I’m adding a SSO slimline hybrid front bumper with a light bar and winch soon and expect a 1/2” sag or so in the front. I may consider a small 2” lift or so down the road to compensate for the rear canopy and front bumper and to reduce the wear and tear on the truck from the extra weight. And maybe allow a size up for the tires. I’m not rushing to do that though since I’m happy with how it sits.

    Thanks! Looks good!

And I agree! That’s what I ended up going with

Love your truck. I hope mine shares many characteristics in the near future. Question: what did you pay for those wheels, and if you sold your OEM wheels what did you get for them? Looking at eBay, it seems I can swap out wheels for less than $500.
