A few years ago a guy at work loaded the wrong paint container in the wrong place. It was flat white instead of pearl white. Pearl white gets a clear coat over top, flat white doesn't. It didn't get caught until 2nd shift when the vehicles were on final line in assembly when the bumpers were being put on. Turns out first shift didn't catch it and there were 50 cars fully assembled that were painted flat white with a clear coat that didn't match anything. Cost $1.1m in scrap, not including the lost profits.

Yeah the wallet sucks, but I am hopeful of sapphire. The current wallet was a stop gap to allow for holders to move their coins off CE. Sapphire is in testing now, hope to see its release soon.

Staking is slow since there are minimal transactions posting. apearantly all you need to do is stop the daemon, set "staking=1" in the config file, restart daemon, then click the lock on the wallet page, enter password, and seconds to stake. Done.

I stopped trying to stake, it's an overall loss at this point with factored power consumption.

I know this is all crypto based, but people have been talking about stocks and stuff and I was curious if anyone has suggestions for 401ks. Or just dm might be easier. Currently set into AB Inbev retire by 2060 fund or whatever so it's aggressive now and becomes less and less risky as retirement comes in. (Managed by vanguard)

Id be running it on the mining rig so power isn't a concern for me. I only tried around a tiny bit for staking and it didn't want to work...but I was trying it through the wallet. ill have to try the config file tonight though

ooo Claymore Dual miner added blake2s and keccak so dual mining might actually be worth it again. Blake2S would allow mining of XVG (o boy) but didn't see anything specifically for keccak. Power usage is a bit more (as it usually is dual mining)

    Dear baby Jesus,

If you let ECC go to $1, I promise to take my son to JPL so he can see a Mars Rover.
