Totally agree that the snorkel looks odd sitting above the cab. Nice and flush with the stop of the truck would be way better.

Most snorkels are above cab. You want it that way to get high above the dust.

Your probably right . People that buy both brands are looking for a false sense of reliability. There all trucks we're lucky they made it this far. I would never buy a honda truck though.

Here’s the snorkel you use for over-landing. I picked a used one up on eBay. It’s in the shop getting colour matched, then should have it on my rig next week. I won’t be using it underwater, just hoping to save on air filters......y’know.....get up outta all that dust.

If you get some armor and put a electric contact up top you could use it at your local bumper car setup.
