oops..the second one is there but is white and doesn't show up well..I will try to make it into a darker colour...

Finally! It took long enough!! I had emblem for 10 weeks, didnt want to rush it. Mounted it yesterday. Thanks for the work Metal!

 

Wow that looks real good, I'm feeling tempted to get another emblem and having it chromed. Anyone now a place were I can ship the emblem to have it chromed? I ended up painting mine because I didn't find any good place around here that could chrome it.

 

It took me a while to find someone local to chrome it. The only problem is because of the black backing...well, this morning, the angle of the sun kind of did not allow the emblem to show very well. It was hard to see. As the sun got to mid day, it showed alot better.

If you are going to chrome yours, you must polish the hell out of it first! Any scratches will show thru.

Thanks guys! My goal was to try to make it almost like a "stock" item. The black background kind of hides it somewhat depending on position of sun. The oval has some angle to it on the front and sides and picks up the light from any angle. The Dolphin logo is flat across the front and does not pick up light as easy. I am going to try different "backers" to see what looks best. I will post some pics with different backgrounds to get some feedback from ya'll!

They will be going for 55 + 10 for shipping and should ship within a day or 2 of cutting. Unfortunately I am snowed under with custom drawings right now so those will take a bit longer.

Yay!!..someone else who is a fan! Most people say "what is that??'..lol.I also ordered a third brake light decal with 3 cylons from SockMonkey..have a small Cylon Raider ship decal on the rear window..and a cylon head hanging from the mirror.Once I get the emblem..the craziness will stop there..
