Dude, she's close to a straight jacket. Any conversation outside of her thought parameters is foreign and nothing she'd understand. She's already alienated herself and on the brink of a total hostile work environment.

My job is catergorized like that ... heads up, it means you work when non-essential get to stay home; in the end (every time for me over 8+ yrs) everybody gets paid the same including the ones that sat at home on their @ss.

Just walked in on the IS guy sleeping on the floor of his cube. He didn't wake I took a pic. Came back 40 min. later still out took another pic and recorded the logs he was sawing.
Here's the kicker! I just got done doing some work for him!!
What would you do?

 

That would have OPENED my flood gate.
I would have gotten in her face like a DI.
AND I WOULD NOT HAVE LET HER HAVE ONE WORD.
